Artistic Innovation 8 covers different artistic languages: music, theater, dance, photography, film, and literature. The program continues with the color harmonies from previous books and includes fluorescent and metallic colors. Regarding artistic movements, it presents Fauvism, Pointillism, and Expressionism. To activate students’ creative potential, emphasis is placed on methods of curiosity, perception, divergence, and analogies, among others. At the end of each experience, assessment tools such as comparison charts and image reading are implemented to demonstrate the acquisition of knowledge.
Training purpose: To train individuals capable of feeling, perceiving, thinking, expressing and proposing artistic compositions in different color harmonies.
Thematic pillars are explored in each of the four Experiences through four essential questions:
Experience 1: Everyone should be innovative creative or entrepreneurial. Do you agree with this statement? Justify your answer: How could we achieve that all people be innovators or entrepreneurs?
Experience 2: Why can it be stated that color has an infinite expressive power of emotions and feelings? Do you feel that colors have any kind of influence on you?
Experience 3: There are different artistic languages such as plastic arts (painting, sculpture), architecture, theater, dance, music, diverse expressions of design, film, television, and photography. Which one generates the greatest influence on people today and why?
Experience 4: Must art convey some kind of message? Are there predetermined rules to know what an artwork is?
